I truly believe that if not because of the party supremacy, you all wanted me to be your candidate.
Salako stressed further that the contest has ended and a candidate has emerged in Dr. Obawale Adebisi, everyone who loves this party should take it as our responsibility to work and support him.
"I want to sincerely solicit for your maximum corporation to canvass and mobilize for our gubernatorial candidate in Osun State, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) in the coming gubernatorial election, in order to establish good governance in Osun State.
More Blessing appeals that all the party members and loyalist to forget about the hurting past and work together tirelessly and return Osun State to the progressive fold, Salako said.
In their separate remarks, the ward 09 women leader, Mrs. Ibrahim Alirat and Ila Local Government women's secretary, Mrs. Folorunso Saudat give some accolades to honourable Salako for this brave decision to accept the party's decision and work for the victory of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and promised to stand by him whenever he needs their support.

In his final remarks, Hon. Salako emphasized the need to send the incompetent occupants of the government house out of power to guarantee our electoral victory for our president, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, in the coming general election.
